meuble muji Muji et le service à la japonaise

You are probably aware that Christmas was a few days ago (yes, I assure you) and as we were exemplary parents to our lovely little girl (who was spoiled rotten as usual), we also have placed an order with Santa Claus.

So this year, the Japanese father Christmas delivered directly to our home on nice furniture Muji on the picture above (it was Wednesday, December 21 to be precise). And in the evening unpacking our gift (not was not the expected 25, which is very poorly known) in order to develop our new furniture, we discovered that two of the ten semi-transparent boxes were delivered broken! Zannen desu (it's a shame)!

Muji called the next day, Thursday, December 22 therefore, to explain the problem (with the regret of having signed the day before the delivery without taking a look at the status of each box), and without even asking us one question, the person on the phone was quick to introduce ourselves on behalf of Muji its most sincere apologies for the inconvenience while we offer free re-delivery of two new boxes last Sunday, December 25!

Aware that December 25th is not a day in Japan as festive as it can be in France or elsewhere, we still remained quite impressed by the quality of service our official supplier of furniture .

This is an example, among others, the quality of service that can provide our Japanese friends every day (including Saturdays and Sundays).
